First or Second-Time Parent Support Group (Ages 0-6 months):

Our virtual infant groups run on Zoom for 8 weeks, with 1.5-hour sessions, accommodating a maximum of 12 parents and their babies (aged two weeks to five months old).

During these sessions, we cover a diverse range of topics, and we encourage you to be yourself and share your feelings openly. No question or emotion is off-limits, and we are here to assist you in finding answers without judgment.

As a new parent, you knew your whole world was about to change, but those initial months can still feel pretty isolating.

Rest assured, we don't mind if your baby cries, you need to step off-camera, or if you haven't had a chance to shower. Everyone in the group is navigating this journey together.

Our groups extend beyond discussions solely about your baby. They serve as a safe space for you to address personal concerns, ranging from relationships to career aspirations.

Here are some of the topics we'll explore during our sessions:

  • Your journey to becoming a parent

  • Balancing your Wise Mind, Emotional Mind, and Rational Mind: How to balance your thoughts

  • Coping with intrusive thoughts and mental health support

  • Understanding infant development and interactive play

  • Navigating changes in your relationships, including partner and sibling dynamics

  • Addressing postpartum body changes and mood swings

  • Exploring your identity and practicing self-care

  • Balancing the load: Building up your village and partnerships

Early Childhood Parent Support Group (Ages 6 months to 5 years):

Welcome to our virtual support group for parents with 1 or multiple kids aged 6 months to 5 years. We understand that navigating the challenges of parenting multiple children can be overwhelming at times. This group is designed to provide you with valuable insights, guidance, and a supportive community as you embark on this journey.

Our virtual support groups are conducted via Zoom, spanning 8 weeks with 1.5-hour sessions, and we accommodate a maximum of 12 parents along with their children.

As parents ourselves, we recognize the unique struggles and joys that come with raising multiple kids. We encourage you to bring your whole self to these sessions. There are no off-limits questions or emotions here, and we are here to assist you without judgment.

We understand that parenting can be demanding, and it's okay if your little one cries during the session, if you need to step off-camera briefly, or if you haven't had a moment to yourself.

Everyone in the group is navigating similar challenges, and we are here to support each other.

While our primary focus is on addressing the needs of your children, we also understand that parenting is a holistic journey. Our group serves as a safe space for you to discuss personal concerns, which can range from managing parent guilt to finding balance and harmony in your life.

Throughout our sessions, we will explore a wide range of topics, including:

  • Your journey as a parent: Sharing experiences and insights as parents of one or multiple children.

  • Balancing the load: Strategies for managing the demands of parenting and building a strong support network.

  • Coping with parent guilt: Understanding and managing the feelings of guilt that can arise when juggling the needs of your growing child or multiple children.
